Hidden Bay Names Denise Rubin “Broker of The Month”

Aventura-Area Broker Reaches $5 Million In Hidden Bay Sales

How easy is to sell Hidden Bay? Just ask Michael Neumann, director of sales at Hidden Bay, who recently named Denise Rubin of Turnberry International Realty “Broker of the Month.” To date, Denise has brought in twelve purchase agreements for a total of $5 million in Hidden Bay sales.

A 20-year veteran of the residential real estate market, Denise got her start working in-house for development groups in the metropolitan New York area.
