An eastern and western tower that once went by the name of the Bay Club are now collectively known as Parc Central in Aventura. The Parc Central East tower is 21 stories tall and its units have 1,065 to 1,602 square feet of living area while Parc Central South is slightly taller at 28 stories and is made up of 351 units.
The swimming pool of Parc Central is lagoon style and is situated between both of the buildings, providing easy access so you can spend a morning or afternoon cooling off or sunbathing while enjoying the rays of the South Florida sunshine. Both Parc Central buildings have a fitness center so you won't need to worry about having to walk to the other to make use of all the essential equipment. Plenty of modern features can be found in the residences of Parc Central, including granite countertops.
Not far from Parc Central is a three mile fitness trail nearby which complements the various active activities you can enjoy on the Parc Central premises. Also make sure to visit Aventura Mall and check out its many shops. There are three different cities where you can find beaches: Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood and Hallandale Beach each have sunny beachfront to explore.
