About Normandy Isle And Shore
Normandy Island is just west of the Miami Beach Island and is comprised of a number of single family homes and condominiums. This historic land mass has a canal that runs directly through its core and offers more waterfront real estate and navigation around the island. It is one of the largest Miami Beach islands is just south of Surfside and a very short drive to Bal Harbour.
Many Normandy Island homes sit on waterfront lots with amazing views of Downtown and Miami Beach and others flank the historic Normandy Isles Golf Course, which was a former favorite of Frank Sinatra. Normandy Isles also has a town center and farmers market on weekends.
